TX控件卡死问题

最近我们的用户频繁出现tx里面书写内容卡死的问题，导致用户抱怨非常多。
下面是卡死的日志，这个究竟是什么原因会导致卡死？

什么Format error啊？

目前我这边无法通过错误代码判断问题，
1.如果是某个操作引擎的错误（对于任何文档），可以把您的这个操作代码片段发过来
2.如果这个操作是在某个特定文档上会引起的话，您把这个文档也一并发我，

我这边先重现问题，看看是什么原因

很难说是不是某个特定文档，没有特别的规律，不知道什么时候就卡死了。
也不确定是哪个代码片段导致的问题，因为从堆栈上看不到相应的代码片段，都是底层代码
现在有明确出错的代码片段就是调用Save方法时Savesetting的异常
