就是报表的相关资源请求都返回404错误，这个问题可能原因有哪些？

从截图上看，这个属于部署问题。

建议您看一下部署的文章：ActiveReports 8 > ActiveReports User Guide > How To > Customize, Localize, and Deploy > Deploy Web Applications

或者参考一下AR的置顶帖--关于部署的博客链接。

找到原因:路由里面未加这句:
           routes.IgnoreRoute("{*allActiveReport}", new { allActiveReport = @".*\.ar8(/.*)?" });
